Each NIKA T bag is carefully packaged in our signature dust bag and gift box, ready to be treasured or gifted. All orders are shipped directly from Milan, Italy via premium couriers including DHL and FedEx, ensuring your piece arrives safely and swiftly.

You may return or exchange any unworn item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Every NIKA T bag comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
